How do I register for an account?

It’s very easy, all you need to do is provide us with your basic information and an email address and you’re up and running. Follow this link to register for an account

I have forgotten my password?

Don't worry, if you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it by entering the email address used to register the account with. Click on the link: I have forgotten my password

What are your methods of payment?

We accept all major credit and Debit cards, Switch etc., via “Pay Pal” and will accept cheques with orders via the Post. Though these will of course have to clear, before despatch. We are also looking in to having Google Checkout and other online payment options available soon.

What are your delivery options?

Our delivery service is 10-14 working days.

All products featured on our website will be delivered within the specified lead time unless otherwise stated.

• Fixed delivery charge of £45.00
• FREE DELIVERY for orders of £650.00 and over, no matter how many items.
• The delivery charge is automatically added to your order at the checkout stage and is shown clearly.

What if I want to return an item?

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.*

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not charge for returns except for unwanted items where we charge 20% of the full selling price.

What happens to my personal details?

Your personal details will remain strictly confidential and are not passed on to third parties, other than our trusted delivery agents for delivery purposes. Whilst visiting our web site you will have the option to be kept informed of new lines and special offers, this is optional and would only include any of our own new product ranges that we feel may interest you. No sales and marketing from other companies.

How safe is it to give my credit card details online?

At The Sleigh Bed Centre we treat the security of your transactions and personal information with great care. Purchases made through thesleighbedcentre.co.uk are carried out by Pay Pal's online payment process. Pay Pal gives you:

• 24/7 monitoring to help against fraud.
• Pay without exposing credit card numbers.

Do you have an after sales service?

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your on-line shopping experience and the goods you purchase. If there was a fault with an item of furniture within the 12 month warranty period we would endeavour to repair or replace any individual parts where possible, or the entire piece if necessary. Beyond the 12 month warranty we will always try to help, some cost may be incurred.

Can I view the products you sell?

Yes, Please feel free to visit our large showroom. We are just 5 minutes off Junction 44 of the M4. Why not combine a visit to our showroom, with a trip to the vibrant new waterfront of Swansea Marina (just 20mins away) or Mumbles Seafront (30mins) or take in the peaceful beauty of the famous Gower Peninsula (around 60mins away), with plenty of Hotels, Guest Houses or Camping / Caravan sites on route. Can you send me a manufacturer's brochure?

As we either manufacture or import directly from the manufacturer, all our furniture ranges there is no printed brochure. Our on-line store is our brochure, enabling us to introduce exciting new ranges frequently. If you require any further information please contact our enquiries/customer services team, who will be delighted to help.

Do your prices include VAT?

All our prices include VAT at the current rate.

What happens if I cancel my order?

An order cancelled prior to despatch will not incur any charges and a full refund will be applicable. However If your order has already been despatched then you may be charged for delivery. After delivery a cancelled order may incur a Collection/Return Charge.

Will my goods have a guarantee?

All our furniture carries a 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee against materials and workmanship.

What is your Privacy Policy?

All data collected by is used only to:

• Take and fulfil customer orders.
• Administer and enhance our web site and our services.
• And is only disclosed to our entrusted delivery agent for delivery purposes.
