How to Order

5 EASY STEPS TO - ORDERING ONLINE

Step 1.
Take a look at our wide range of Furniture, by item or department (bedroom etc.) and select the items you wish to buy, by clicking “Buy Item”
There is no obligation to buy at this stage and your shopping basket may be emptied at any stage.

Step 2.
Register, choosing a username and a password that you will easily remember.
This is to make revisiting our site easier and to prevent anybody ordering furniture on your account.

Step 3.
Review your selection at any time, by clicking “Basket”.
You may still change or add to your basket at this point.

Step 4.
When satisfied with your selections, click “Checkout” and follow the instructions.
All information gathered on our site is strictly confidential and held only for the purposes of fulfilling your order, including delivery and to keep you updated with any new and exiting products we think you may like.

Step 5.
Make Payment, Using a Credit/Debit card via Pay Pal or through Google Checkout.
Just follow the simple instructions. All information is encrypted before leaving your computer; card details are not even revealed to us and are completely secure and private.

You will then receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail
Followed by confirmation upon dispatch.

Our web Site has been designed to be easy to navigate and safe and secure upon ordering, However, if you would rather speak to one of our friendly and helpful sales team, they will be only too pleased to answer any questions you may have and then take your order using Credit, Debit or Switch/Electron Card. Your order will then be confirmed by e-mail or post whichever you prefer.

Page Please fax or post details of the items you wish to purchase, enclosing a cheque or bankers draft, your address and delivery address if different. Your order confirmation will be sent by the same means, though the cheque will of course have to clear before dispatch.

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail, or by the means in which you placed your order. Please advise our delivery team of any vehicle or handling restrictions that may affect your property and your delivery. A member of our delivery team will contact you via email to inform you when your order has been dispatched.

Out Of Stock Items

Here at “The Sleigh Bed Centre” we carry huge stocks, to offer you the best selection of furniture at very competitive prices, as quickly and efficiently as we possibly can. Very occasionally, items will become out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the expected date of goods due in to stock. We will also suggest alternative products for your consideration. If none of the alternative products are acceptable, and in the unlikely event that new stock is not forthcoming, we will of course reimburse your payment in full. Or we will hold your order to await new stock and dispatch the entire order immediately upon its arrival.

DELIVERY

Our delivery service is 10-14 working days.

All products featured on our website will be delivered within the specified lead time unless otherwise stated.

  • Fixed delivery charge of £45.00
  • FREE DELIVERY for orders of £650.00 and over, no matter how many items.
  • The delivery charge is automatically added to your order at the checkout stage and is shown clearly.

Our Special Delivery offer excludes:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Isles
  • Grampians and Highlands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • The Channel Islands.

We have been working closely with our trusted transport companies for many years.

  • Smaller items will be delivered by a nationwide parcel delivery company.
  • Larger items, will be delivered palletised to your door step.
  • An adult must be available at the pre-arranged time to accept and sign for the delivery.
  • (Residents of flats and high rise buildings please note; delivery is to ground floor only) by a one man delivery team.
  • For large and/or heavy items a two man service is available at an additional charge. Please call to discuss your requirements for the two man service.
